I spent parts of two days looking for a Beer Advocate thread into which I could make this post.
There does not seem to be one. {I surmise people do not want this to circulate.} :grimacing:
As reported in BerkeleySide, et alia, B A venue Beer Revolution in Oakland, CA. has closed due to effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The reason I wanted to make this post is that, back in January 2016, during S. F. Beer Week, Beer Revolution was one of the bars I visited, and took photographs thereof. I inquired with print media about a number of articles I could scribe about this specific week, but as was (is) typical, I never even got a rejection E-Mail.
Here is a selection of my photographs of there. I too hope it reopens one of these years.

They likely didn't want an article with a bunch of random emojis and bold/italics.

Beer Revolution's closing was brought up in the BA Bottleshop thread, albeit without any pictures - the owner said it's just a pause and that they're not gone for good. Here's an article with a little more detail.

A couple of permament closures due to COVID-19 include Independent Brewing in Oakland and Cleophus Quealy Beer Company in San Leandro.

Armstrong Brewing (South San Francisco) - Downstairs / speakeasy'ish atmosphere. Never had stuff I cared for, but I wouldn't say they were awful.

Cleophus Quealy (San Leandro) - Supposedly they were struggling a lot before COVID, and so this primarily sour brewery closed up shop.

Southern Pacific (San Francisco) - Nice space. Awful beers.

[Some lazy reporting has said that Social Kitchen & Brewery closed due to COVID, but actually they closed just before COVID hit. Kim Sturdavant the brewmaster and famous Master Cicerone had gone to Woods Beer Co. months before - but now I see he is at Pacifica Brewing?].
