Looks like this is going to be the first time for (official) retail release. Specs Smith St. will have it at opening today.

 

So this is fantastic, and available at most Kroger's, HEB's, CM, and of coarse Specs. Though no need for anyone to care now that it is easy to get Anyway, really impressed with this one.

 

Any confirmed Kroger's or HEB's that got their delivery? Or will there be deliveries through out the week?

 

11th street Kroger had it yesterday, limit three. Don't know if they still have any today though?

 

I'm happy they are finally putting it on retail shelves.

 

A decent allocation has even made it out here to the frontier of Fort Bend county...awesome to finally get to enjoy this at home w/o too much chicanery!

 

Where at out in the "boonies"? Was going to stop tonight if possible...

 

HEBs have received their allocations, but you might have to ask for it. I got 2 in Sienna. Sugar Land HEB (University) posted yesterday as well..

 

They have it at Specs Jones rd @ 290. Wasn't going to try and track this down until I read @champ103 review and determined at that point I can't miss this

 

This beer is great. May be the best in the series

 

"Wasn't going to try this" in reference to not a big barley wine person, but always in the game for something done well in whisky barrels

 

What are these selling for.

Its funny, I haven't cared about the BB series in a long time due to the whole drink on premises deal. I haven't followed it AT ALL. But now I guess you can buy and take home (4 month old, been out of the game, news to me) I will semi hunt this.

 

This should start hitting SA this week.
