So far this is an isolated incident. Not worried about it. I have another bottle saved for later.

Is there a reason you refridgerate the BBA's over others? Do they need some more special care? Newbie here..

Shit Im in Houston. Really don't have room for them in the fridge.... May have to move some of that wine out of the wine chiller. Ill just get the fiancé to have a girls wine night to take care of some of that.

There's just a lot more going on in the bottle that can go wrong... refridgerating also slows down oxidation (and aging in general), so they will stay fresher longer. I hate oxydation and don't generally drink these things quick, so it's good for me.

We go lucky when we moved into our house. We bought a new fridge and made the old one a beer fridge. Needless to
say, the new has had more repairs than the old one. If you can afford it, go find ya a cheap fridge and put it into the garage. Instant beer fridge. Tell the fiancé it can hold more wine than the wine fridge.

I store mine in an unused cupboard over the fridge and if I'm in the mood for something after work - I take it down before I leave for the night so it's good and ready when I come home. If I have stock for others, I keep them in an unused closet.

So far I seem to be doing it right - no off bottles.

I have gotten in the habit of asking folks how they store stuff before I trade so I know how to keep it. (All 13 DR's now have permanent residence in my fridge lol)

You better pray since I have one for you.

I wish I could refrigerate all of my beer. I say this and I have a dedicated beer fridge. It just can't hold 500 bottles of beer.

I had one about two weeks ago. Stored in a fridge at around 45 degrees. No sour notes at all.

I had the numbers way down, but made lots of trades lately.

I haven't had time to get to shares lately.

Seems like a good trade. All of those Eclipse beers are still sitting on shelves in places, because of their cost (I saw every variant on the shelves in Chicago last week)

Damn good deal. Those are $30 a pop retail.

They're delicious (I've only had the Buffalo Trace), but the price makes me want to punch myself in the face.

What's the most liked Eclipse? I have a buddy with access to nearly all of them.
