Think it's mostly brewery only with a couple of places getting it around Canada? We got a bunch of it here in the UK via Brewdog before Christmas. General consensus was it isn't as good as the base beer.
BCBCS is one of my top BA beers and I thought BA Peche Mortel was just as good. I actually preferred it over BCBCS '14. It's not difficult to trade for and should trade around the same as any 12oz BCBCS ('13 or '14). It seems like most availability come from people up your way, being closer to Montreal for releases.
