If you get to try it, please post back how it is. Going to try and make it down sooner than planned but it would be great to know how it is before we buy a few packs.

I would say a solid 40- 50 inside plus whoever is outside. Lady did say there were 96 cases for sale.

Line for bottles. No line as of now for event. I'm in line for bottles now....not looking good. Hear only 20 cases left.

I was #30ish in line. There were 96 cases. Had a pour afterward in the tap room. It's solid could use a little cellar time it's a bit hot. Blueberry is present in the nose and slightly in the mouth but undetectable after about half a pour.

Just opened one, feel like I'm still getting a good amount of blueberry in the nose and I can still taste the berries as well. Not a whole lot of flavor added from the barrel but I swear it has a completely different mouthfeel from the regular version, nice and creamy. Anyone else opened a bottle? Opinions?

I WAS able to get some. Couldn't post til now, too much fun sampling the rest.

We waited in line about 40 minutes. There was a case and a half left when my dad and I each bought two. So we barely made it. So happy!

The entire event was great. We sadly didn't use all the tickets and passed them along to others. I still had to drive home to haslett. Met and talked with some great people. Lots of great beers (and a few bad). All around great day.

I agree completely. Not much noticable barrel but a completely different beer. I enjoyed it.

My wife and I enjoyed this event. The beer garden is probably a bit too small for the crown that showed up (plus the piles of snow that took up space) left little elbow room near the taps because everyone condensed to those areas. But every beer we sampled (about half of them, so we gave away half of our tickets before we left) was very tasty, and it was pretty obvious that the professional brewers had a solid hand in creating these beers. Tough choice to vote for a winner. Well done, Dark Horse.

I voted for #19 Pineapple of my IPA. I had a pineapple IPA at oddsides over the summer as well and I feel the flavors just go really well together. Wouldn't be mad for that to be a regular offering from another location. Seems like it would have wide consumer appeal.

Lots of other great beers but after so many strong dark beers it is hard to find the nuances in them. Happy we went and even more happy we got there when we did, or we would have been out of luck on the tres blueberry. Anyone know the Abv on it since the labels didn't change, just the additional sticker.

Picked up the oops "dark" raspberry ale they had too.
