    a *cask*of Lighthouse - Sauertieg Farmhouse Ale @ Garrick's Head ,

    or Canoe Brewpub - Simcoe Imperial Pilsner release , prost ; )

    Nah I didn't. But I know someone who did so I'll get their take :wink:

    Really looking forward to trying Sauertieg. And a Simcoe impy pils? Sounds interesting! Simcoe bitterness might balance it nicely. Haven't really been blown away by an impy pils yet.

    Ben Coli's new Belgian inspired brewery "Dageraad" is opening in May. I've heard some great things about his test batches, so this should be something to look forward to.

    Doing some of my favourite thing's today (Day6 VBW) , bottle shopping & getting a growler filled ,

    visited Spinnaker's Spirit's (130-176 Wilson St) tons of new beers , new release's ,

    left with some new Tree , Bomber and scored DDC (Peche Mortel & Aphrodisiaque) at a decent price too ,

    filled a growler at Canoe-Let'er Run Espresso , & tried (what's left of) the Simcoe Imperial Pilsner , ok/good

    Was at Garrick's Head yesterday for the Sauerteig. It nothing really spectacular, I was expecting something a little more sour, but it is a decent Saison with a great drinkability.

    Four Winds Juxtapose Brett IPA is bottled at the brewery now, hitting stores early next week. #awyis

    Not sure if it has been mentioned here yet or not, but untapped confirmed that Les Trois Mousquetaires will be arriving in BC shortly.

    With the increased distibusion of all these great Quebec breweries, I am losing all my good trading bottles...crap!

    4W Juxtapose now in stores, along with Wildflower Saison.

    Other notables include Brooklyn Black Ops 2014 and Dry Irish Stout just in time for the Guinness Shortage (a bit too convenient…), Gigantic Too Much Coffee Man, Canuck Empire's Coast Trail Pale Ale, Moon Hef, and P49 Black Hops, Phillips Double Dragon IRA, Rogue Farms 7 Hop IPA, No-Li Skyrail, fresh shipment of Hop Stoopid, and Rock Bay Mashup.

    Mid-Late next week, keep eyes peeled for Ninkasi Critical Hit Barley Wine. Only 60 bottles making it into BC. I'll be in SF so somebody save a bottle to share in a couple years :stuck_out_tongue:

    I always look at the Brooklyn Black Ops but just can never justify the $35 price tag...

    Yeah it's a tough hit. I usually split a bottle with the roomie and we've got a vertical going. Love that beer.
