Going into the release of the 2014 variants of bourbon county, how will they trade compared to the 2013 variants. It always seems that when the new ones have come out that it is the new one for last years 1:1 or 1+:1. Is is safe to assume that Vanilla Rye will be on par with Backyard? I dont remember off the top of my head if Backyard went 1:1 with Cherry when it first came out or if it took more. also, what about Prop. will 2014 prop go 1:1 with 2013 prop? seems prop has held a very high trade value.
Id say no, way more 'hype' around vanilla, and its less polarizing of a flavor, backyard has been the lowest trading variant. Id guess 1+:1
If I had to guess, I'd say that once the 2014 variants are released, the "trade value" ranking would be something like this: Rare 2010 Vanilla King Henry Bramble Cherry Rye = 2013 Prop 2014 Prop = 2009 bomber Vanilla Rye Backyard = BCBCS bombers
just my guess in terms of points IE I would guess, in terms of points, something like... Bramble 14 Old Prop or Cherry Rye 13 New Prop 10 Backyard 6 New Vanilla 5 I'm leaving off the coffee just b/c I don't see those old bombers traded a lot. I still think Backyard will be slightly higher than Vanilla b/c so many fewer are left and it's really highly rated. Old vanilla trades higher than bramble which trades higher than cherry which trades higher than backyard...etc
I havent heard much buzz about where vanilla will be. So far i know Ca is getting regular, coffee, bw. I want vanilla damnit.
