Before I make a fool out of myself in the ISO/FT forum, I figured I'd run this by the folks here. I am looking to get one of my huge wants - Goose Island Bourbon County Brand Barleywine. It wasn't available in my area so I want to educate myself a little before I go for it. Did it come in 12 oz bottles? Bombers? Both? How hard is it to trade for? Am I wasting my time offering stuff from my gots list? (http://www.beeradvocate.com/user/beers/?ba=mikevanatta&view=G) Any and all feedback and advice is welcome. Thanks in advance. Cheers
It comes in 12oz bottles. It's not hard to trade for, I think other somewhat limited yearly releases would get it done. Personally, I'd trade some for your Surly stuff, but that's me. When it comes to trading, my opinion is just throw out an ISO: BCBBW. FT: whatever you're willing to give up and see what happens
If I would have known...I passed on the BW this year (limit 2) because I didn't think I could get much for just the 2 bottles...there's always next year
Ho-hum........another day in the life of a SuperHero Yeah....ho-hum..... I know how to receive labels too! AND I have a sandbox assistant!!
If you're feeling a little left out, go back and check the porch assault you laid on @dust_bunny. I think you're quite the superhero yourself good sir (respect for the elderly!).
Bah humbug! You are missing my old man humor once again........I was just making light of it because to "him"........SuperHero acts are common place. Totally a big heart felt compliment, delivered in a "different manner". You know I'm a @PA-Michigander fanboy and I occasionally like giving away beer.
Haha! There is only one "good" choice my friend! I will continue to play the hardest instrument in the world to play.................Second Fiddle maybe third......
