BCBCS aging

    Its a coffee stout. Drink it. If you don't like coffee, buy the regular.

    Just because a beer is still good at 2 or 3 years doesn't mean you should age it. Drink BCBCS fresh. Please. They added all of that coffee for a reason, and that reason was NOT to have you get rid of it before drinking. That's what regular BCBS is for.

    Everyone has their opinion. As I mentioned earlier in this thread, I preferred 2011 coffee MUCH more after roughly 14 months than I did fresh. While I see your point, in this case I disagree.

    I'd rather have an aged BCBCS than a regular BCBS, same goes for fresh. Drinking BCBCS is hard when you only get 2 bottles.
