Fairly new to trading and wanted to see what people thought BCBCS 2013 and KBS were going for $4$ wise so I can make sure I'm offering appropriately on my side.

    Thanks!

They're about the same price. The cheapest KBS was at the brewery for about $4.75/bottle, but I'd expect it to be valued in a trade right around $5.50 or $6.00. Anything higher than that I'd be dubious. BCBCS was between $22.00 and $28.00/4 pack. Good luck.

Coffee was harder to get (in my area) and is a better beer (in my opinion)

Agree to both points, especially the second.

I strongly agree, but then KBS & I have never really loved each other. I was underwhelmed at the 1st sip. Every time I have it I'm reminded again that I just don't get why it's so highly regarded. BCBCS is among my favorite coffee stouts, though TG Mornin Delite has edged it out, despite not being barrel aged.

BCBS was $4-5/bottle and KBS $5-6/bottle, at least in this area.

They are roughly equal in cost here in the Philly area. The same shop would sell KBS for $8 and BCBCS for $8. However, there is no way and no how I'm going to trade my BCBCS for KBS (I currently have both) because of this below...

I'm with you, sip for sip, always have been underwhelmed the multiple times I had KBS, fresh and aged. BCBCS is only behind Proprietor's for me and Prop is my favorite BEER (I've had 175 of the Top 250, but not any of the TG stouts unfortunately).

I've only had a small amount of TG KBBS & MD. I prefer Assassin to KBBS & was certain I'd also prefer it to MD. I'd need a larger taste to be certain, but I think I was wrong. MD, despite not being ba, is simply out of this world amazing.

There's been talk that it will be sold in 4pks. Damn but that would make a good life even better.

I need more IA connections! My awesome trading partner in IA was out of the country when Assassin was released. Hopefully he'll be around for whatever TG stout comes out next, but 4pks MD, that would be AWESOME!
