Is it just me or is there an exponentially larger quantity of '12 BCBS this year. I understand with the InBev moves this has given GI more space to brew this stuff but I was racing around scooping this stuff when it hit the streets in MN a couple weeks ago, sometimes at places that had 1 or 2 bottle limits. Now it seems like every place i go to still has 4 packs on the shelves. I havent seen this since '06 when it was still a relatively unknown and craft beer hadn't fully exploded yet. Wondering if anyone else in other states are seeing this?
I actually haven't picked up any this year... any suggestions on which liquor stores you're seeing it at still?
Yes more in MN this year, but demand also up so I still high traffic stores still sold out quickly. I'm in wisconsin for the weekend and I've seen at least 3 cases on the shelf at each store I've been at.
Much more, some places I think still got limited amounts like 1 case or such, but the MGM by me that gets jack squat for any limited releases has it on the shelf so W00T. Got me 2 4 packs and am tempted to snag another just cause its so tasty and it'd be nice to not have to ration it.
South Lyndale had some 4-packs a few days ago. Either they got a second allotment or saved some from their first delivery.
I think many places got a second delivery. At least one place tweeted that they got a second round the day before BCBCS came in.
