This is an excerpt from their latest email blast, "Line up early so you get a ticket to purchase a Bourbon County Stout Bomber with a purchase of a Goose Island six-pack. We'll have five varieties including 12 bottles of the "Rare"!"

After you guys score your bottles feel fry to stop by the Moon. We will have BCBS, BCBBW, and Lolita on from 11 am, and Regal Rye and Coffee starting at 6:30 PM on Friday. From 6:30 to 8:30 PM each Bourbon County Pour you buy gets you a raffle ticket for a bottle of RARE. We have a single bottle of this years RARE that we will give away a little after 8:30 PM on Friday. All the information is up on our Facebook and Website. Ill be bar-tending from 4 PM till Close. I think we will have some fun swag as well, including some staves from a BCBS barrel...

Friday is going to be a long day....

Do you know anything about Badger Spirits? This is my first BCBS Friday in town.

Anyone that is in the Sun Prairie area (or just not near downtown Madison) - Eddie's Ale House on Main St. will be tapping a keg of BCBS at 9am (edit)...on Friday.

Last year I went to Badger right as they opened and the guy working didn't know anything about BCBS. They do tend to have a pretty good selection overall though so I would assume they get an allotment but just had an uninformed guy working.

You always do great things at the moon. Saw you at O'so, but was too occupied in getting the goods and getting back home to say hi.

Steves on UAve usually sets a few aside and releases them during the GTOMW.

    Alright cool, thanks.

My bf spoke with Sue yesterday and she did confirm they're getting some BCBS but he didn't ask what kind of allotment. I doubt it will be anything like Madison but staying in town sounds super appealing.

Anyone "in line" (otherwise known as sitting in your car because places don't open their doors for those of us chasing BCBS at 5am) around town?

Looks to be a handful in cars at Woodman's (they don't open doors til 6am) on MKE St.

Wasn't able to get out before 8am. As of 830, Woodmans on Gammon down to maybe 20 bottles of the original left. No variants. 2 per person, $8.99/each.

How goes the hunt now? I'm writing this safely in the warm confines of the workplace, but craving some BCBS. Hopefully my regular spots have me covered, going to check around and see if I can corral a bunch of regular BCBS after work. Seems to be plenty of it going around

east Woodmans got a case each of Rare, Coffee and Regal + 2 of Barleywine. Limits were 1 each on those and 2 regulars. A bunch of the same crowd went to Jeni next, and waited until about 930 until the truck showed up and got 1 of each variant (no rare) and just a few more of regular. The line was already long enough there that it was all sold out instantly.

offtopic, JSM also has a few bottles of Oso's AQD priced lower than they were at the party (16.99) and they've still got some Project Pam lying around too.

I went to whole foods at universoty and they are selling bourbon county next friday. While I was there I got a Rye BA old Rasputin (was 16 after the 25% discount). There is one left if interested

I asked this same question in the FF/O'so thread.

The 25% off was nice as I bought 4 750mls of higher priced beer that I normally would have passed on. Check your receipt carefully as one bottle was not discounted, but they fixed it.

As a side note, BCBS would cost $80+ a 4pk this year at the with the format change ($9.99/16.9 oz). InBev sure knows how to make a profit off of it. :grimacing:

Wut? No – check your maths. It would be a bit over $28 a four-pack.

Got out of work! Anyone know where there's still some regular BCBS left? Feel free to PM if you know of spots..
