Brunos in lake Geneva still has some regular left. 2 bottle limit with purchase of a goose brand 6pk. Also some at the piggly wiggly in lake Geneva. No limit at the pig.

Any news on post black Friday releases in the Milwaukee area? I decided to stay away from the BCBS madness this weekend and went to Lakefront instead.

Looked like lakefront was madness of its own, no?

There were plenty of people in line, more than I expected, but they had 5,000 bottles. When I left around 10am there was plenty left and you could still walk up or get back in line for a second round.

How early did you need to line up on Friday/Saturday to be guaranteed a few bottles of BCBS?

Anyone know what time Lakefront officially sold out this year?

Charlie's in Cudahy has Reg BCBS for $12.99, but only with a GI 6 pack purchase - a detail they neglected to mention on the phone when I called. Clerk claimed his GI rep "made him do it this way because it's so rare." Passed. Didn't even try Chicago Ave Liquor as they forced you to buy a 12 pack with it last year. Be careful in the smaller outlying areas...

Does anyone know if any bigger chain stores like Walmart, Pick N Save, or Piggly Wiggly got BCBS here they way Jewel did in Chicago? Even if it's long gone, just curious for next year. Avoided all line-standing for BCBS at local shops and line-stood at Lakefront instead which seemed to be a much better bang for the buck (and time).

Yeah, National Liquor on the South Side had it at 1pp with the purchase of 2 other GI six packs. Hard Pass.

Some Sendiks stores get in, but it's not at the Walgreens or other big stores in the area.

I was able to find 4 bottles of regular and 1 BW today at 3 stores. Only stood in 1 line for 10 minutes total. It was available yesterday too after Lakefront without requiring a major time commitment. The releases were pretty well timed throughout the last couple of days.

Wow. Two 6 packs even beats one 12 pack for extortion pricing. I like to support local businesses and had no problem paying $13 for the one bottle I got yesterday, but if you're going to try and rip my eyes out with prerequisite purchases I have no problem coming on here and shaming your business to Hell. Worst part is some lurker is probably reading these posts and running out to their car to race over there since they didn't get any anywhere else. Lol
