    Yeah didn't Ted use to work for InBev who owns Goose Island? I think that why he always gets Goose Island events.

    Yeah, he worked for AB before and after InBev bought them I believe.

    We at One Mile House will be doing at least 10 taps of Goose featuring vintage and variations of Bourbon County. There will also be bottles but only for on premise consumption. Our awesome neighbors at Top Hops are the official off premise event on Black Friday. Look forward to seeing you guys there!

    Awesome, figured this would be the case.

    Are you going to be announcing a tap list before the event, or should we just anticipate a killer line up? (As if it'd be possible to have anything but...)

    Has there been any confirmation that Top Hops is going to be doing a Black Friday release? They aren't showing up on GI's events page, and they haven't yet posted anything about an event.

    Yeah, that's what I thought I remembered as well. It'd be bizarre if they skipped NYC, though.

    That said, there are two Boston entries with the exact same entry, so I wonder if somehow the NYC info got copied over with Boston info.

    Honestly, it was a really well-run event last year. Get there early, hang out in line, shmooze with the GI rep and the other nerds, then head home with a bag full of tasty beer. Just cold.

    Went to the Top Hops event last year. Very well run and organized. Grabbed my beer, ate some breakfast at a restaurant up the street and then came back for beers. Great stuff.

    I completely agree. They also handed out glassware and the coffee they used in the BCBCS prior to the doors opening. Very well run release.
