I highly doubt it. Almost all of the BCBS in Pennsylvania lands in Philly. Pittsburgh will get a tiny bit but it'll be parsed out in singles for exorbitant mark ups.
You can try the hop shop in state college. They get a lot if the limited stuff that comes into the area. Don't expect great pricing, they certainly like to take advantage when it comes to rare beers. You can also try hickeys, they are the AB wholesaler for centre county.
Furrer got around 12 cases of it in altoona but i dont know were they sent it. i heard they sent brew zoo 3 cases and im sure the knick will get some.

State College Wegmans had a decent amount of BCBS and BCBBW with a line at the door at opening (8AM) today. Doesn't sound like there was a limit. $24.99/4-pk of BCBS. Almost gone as of 20 minutes ago.
Looks like Zeno's in State College has bcbs on tap. They updated their tap list for the first time in a year !!
