BCBS Horizontal? Tasting Westchester Area

Working on a BCBS horizontal if that's what it's even called. Just about all the Bourbon County's we can get our hands on.

As you can see some are spoken for, that's among three people so far. We're shooting for upwards of 8 maybe more depending on the multiples we can get aligned.

We'd like to be able to taste all the variants with our taste buds and pallets intact.

So essentially we're looking for people that want to be involved, can bring a bottle to the table to join in or would be down to trade us collectively one of the missing bottles. We've got joint cellars to work with so we can make it worth your while.

 

Plan is to pick a date and time once the bottles are lined up, we could project it out real far in an effort to get all parties in a central location, worried more about the bottles at the moment then the date/time. But the 09 and 11 would work well.
