Well.. thats interesting, not a place i would think to look.. pour also has it on draft

 

Bruisin' Ales only sold 3 Rare this morning. Every other shop got a case, even smaller shops like Hops and Vines. Would seem that they decided to hold on to the lion's share. Great event at Tasty Beverage, though. Very well ran and great limits.

 

Thats the problem with bruisin, those are probably in the owners cellar now or in th hands of their friends.. i avoid that place..

 

What were the limits? I wanted to go, but I'm about 30 minutes outside of Asheville and had already made a morning trip. Regretting not going and getting more .

And yeah, Bruisin was well-handled and I got my stuff, but I'm a little sad that I wasn't able to get a Rare even though I was 11th in line. (My wallet, on the other hand, was happy...). They definitely did say that they "only had 3 [Rare] to sell"...

 

At Tasty, 1 Rare and 2 Regal to the first 12 people. 1 Regal and 4 Regular for everyone. And I'm not saying there were any communication issues with Bruisin'. Just seems to be a fairly obvious discrepancy in numbers.

 

Oh man, I feel really really stupid for not going now. God damn.

 

It was really relaxed. The 12th person showed up at 3:30 for the 5:00 release.
