BCBS in CA?

I saw some bottles at the Gilman St WF in Berkeley on Friday.

 

Nilla, Regal, uninfected coffee, regular and bw on tap at Bo-Beau in LBC.

12 oz pours. $12

 

Can confirm vanilla rye is flowing and it's great , thanks the heads up

 

I'm at Bo as well, low key and nilla for days

 

Still have BCBS at Santa Clara Liquor.

 

Been at surly goat since 6pm and got four 6oz pours of 2014 vanilla rye for $8 a piece. No one is here and it's easy as pie to get a glass. Amazing. Also have 2014 bcbs, 2015 bcbs, regal, and madam rose. All good.

Wasn't it suppose to be at 10pm? I'm guessing the place is about to be swarmed and with the early tap it's probably about to go fast....

 

Thats the advertised time but they've had it on the board and have been serving it for hours. I had three or four pours before leaving.

 

Weren't they supposed to have Prop?

 

I wish. If they did I missed it because I'm already home watching CNN and drinking bottles by my lonesome.

 

All I'll say is they had a few lines open. If they're going to fill those at 9/10pm with Prop or something else, so be it. But they started serving 'nilla at 6pm and that's all I really cared about. If you show up later, trust me you're not going to encounter any lines. I just drank enough from 6-10 to be satisfied and left early. What happens after that is up to YOU to report on

It is what it is. If it's Prop '15 I've had it and it was delicious but I don't lament missing it, so you should definitely got to Surly Goat to enjoy what you can. If it's Prop '14 kudos for you for sticking around - maybe I'll regret it that in the long run but 4 hours of unfettered '14 Vanilla Rye access makes losing out on Prop still a "win" for me.

 

Yeah getting over a bottles worth of VR sounds like a win to me
