BCBS in Charlotte

I think the allotments will be less than 4 BCBS per person this year at most places, unfortunately. And if we get variants, I wouldn't be surprised to see them at 1 per person.

 

My guess for limits is 2 regular, 1 BW, 1 coffee if stores get those variants.
I would like to see more stores get it this year. I won't be in town though. I'll test my luck in NoVA

 

The best places to go on Black Friday will be the ones that don't advertise much on social media, and the info isn't relayed on BA.

 

You really only need to go to Total Wine. If you want more, bring more people.

 

Last year the University area Total Wine it was limit 2 BCBS with no variants, luckily my beer guy back home saved me some BCBCS.

 

So I was talking to a vendor, his computer is listing deliveries of 500 ml bottles only. So what's up with that.

 

They are only doing 500ml bottles this year. No 4 packs ant those pints + 9ozs are going to be $10 this year for regular BCBS and more for the variants.

 

17 oz of BCBS is a commitment, I'd prefer 4 pks at 12 oz. A bomber is made to split, a 500 ml is kinda in limbo. I'll buy what I can get of course, but still.

 

I posted this in another thread, but word on the street* is that the Lowes Foods with Beer Dens will be getting BCBS. I would assume no variants. I think there is a Beer Den northeast of Charlotte outside of the loop. My hunch is that these grocery stores will be less packed than the Total Wines and might be less restrictive as far as limits go.

Just talked to a store owner and each state is getting a few cases of Rare with the wooden box ($60 a bottle) and the Regal Rye. One in particular is getting a case of Rare. Good luck on the hunt!
