I was wondering when I can expect to see this on the shelves or if I had somehow already missed it? I know in the past it had been available more toward late november in Iowa, but had read in the Chicago tribune about it being available in Iowa in late September. Anybody have any answers for me?
No, I believe the article stated Nov. same as Minnesota time table. Had a source tell me the same thing yesterday & he works at a Hy-vee W&S in Iowa.
Just talked to the folks at John's in Iowa City. They said they haven't seen it yet this year, and I would assume if Iowa City had it that they would Where did you see it?
I was told that Dirty John's has had it for a couple of weeks - I guess my buddy was mistaken! Sorry for the bad info, I'll make sure that he doesn't get the bottle of BCBS that I got for him.
Iowa will see it the week of November 26th. http://articles.chicagotribune.com/...911_1_craft-beer-john-laffler-urban-wheat-ale
I picked some up in Chicago and have a extra 4 pack here in Des Moines if someone wants to trade for something.
Founder's Breakfast Stout Founder's Kentucky Breakfast Stout Founder's Canadian Breakfast Stout The last two are limited. I think they come out in the winter and will be short supply.
In what context is this post intended? I'm trying to figure out how it fits into the original post or any of the comments...please enlighten me! (Also, KBS comes out in March. CBS came out once, may or may not ever come out again)
I remember seeing a couple of pictures on Facebook somewhere that the Clinton Street Social Club had some. This was at the end of September so I don't know what the chances are that they have any left.
Wow. What an incredible ripoff. That's high for restaurant price for a bomber, absolute highway robbery for at 12 ouncer.
I had them twice at bars this last years release. The prices were $9.00 and $13.00 per bottle. That price is ridiculous
