For anyone in the FAR NW burbs, armanetti's in Huntley on 47 has BCBS and a few bottles of Barleywine. Limit 1 but I buy most of my beer there so they guy let me have one of each. They are retail price.

Last summer a hole in the wall store near me had a 4 pack of BCBS for $40. He offered it to me for $30. I passed.

Just called. They said they're out. Damn. My fiancee is working in Huntley today. I was hoping she could pick up some.

This isn't far from me. Their prices make me laugh. This is the store that sells day-after-bottling-date Zombie Dust, i.e. they buy it directly from the brewery and mark it up 200%. I refuse to shop here. What a joke

That I do not know, but that wouldn't surprise me. So glad Brickstone APA is easily to find. It's pretty close to ZD, and much cheaper (unless you get it directly from FFF, of course).

I went in there to check on the Bourbon County stuff back in November and in order to have the privilege to buy it, you have to buy at least one 6pk from their "special" cooler that contains all their outdated IPAs from Spring, Summer, etc. I walked out before even hearing/seeing their prices on Bourbon County products.

Enjoy! I like when I go to the kiosk and I see a tandem of what clearly is store owners getting their 4 cases to sell for $19.99 a sixer.

Nobody likes a narc, but if you can prove that I'd imagine the IL Liquor Commission wouldn't mind having a chat with them.

Some stores deserve to have that crap thrown at them, imho.

If your fiancee is back in the Huntley area any time soon tell her to stop by. The guy always lies to people on the phone.

The new Binnys in Mokena has about 10 cases of regular on the floor. Limit of 2 per person at 9.99 each.

Garfields in Barrington has bottles of regular BCS and BARLEYWINE for 15.99 each. Was in two weeks ago and they just had the BCS. Funny they wait to sell the Barleywine until AFTER the GI refund closes. Hmmm wonder if they got their money back and now trying to sell them? Maybe they will sell the t-shirt too

They still have about 5 cases or so. Grabbed two more yesterday. I need to stop going in there!

I grabbed two this morning. They are still enforcing the 2 bottle limit. I think they had right at 5 1/2 cases around 11:15. That Binny's seems pretty small compared to all the others I have been in. On a side note, I was out in WY a few weeks ago and I'm kind of kicking myself on passing on the Georgia version (13.7%).
