BCBS Snifter at Clybourn

I guess I'll try to track some down in March. I usually don't miss living in Chicago during the winter

 

I was lucky enough to have a sister that works right next door to the Clybourn location. She went over at 11 when they opened, at which point there was already a line waiting, and got me a pair. The staff mentioned that the next snifters they will have available will be the Goose Flag Logo, and should be in the near future. Didn't hear anything about additional Bourbon County Snifters in the future.

 

All I can say about this is:

 

I can trade a goose taster and other random stuff for one. Shoot me a BM and we should be able to work something out!

 

If you, or anyone else, hears/gets a hold of/comes about one of the flag snifters, I would do damn near anything for one. My better half has wanted one of the actual flags for a long time, and I haven't been able to track one down for her, so the snifter would be the next best thing.

 

That d-bag used the picture that I posted here on BA after the Black Friday tasting. I DO NOT approve--the use of the picture or the b.s. price he's asking.

 

BTW - where did they post info that it went on sale? For some reason I see nothing on their FB page about it.

 

Wow I saw they were selling them but never thought they would ship. Sucks for me lol
