I've never had this beer and if you've seen any of my posts I'm a total noob! So I've got a Brooklyn Chocolate stout in the fridge that's been there since last night how long should I let it sit out for?

For my taste, 25 minutes should do. Or pop one open try it then take one oz. sips every 5 minutes to see what you prefer best.

around 50 degrees is great IMO also like to sip this brew to enjoy the layers of flavors as it warms in the glass

For me , I would just pour it into a snifter and hold it for a few minutes.Hand warmth will warm it up fast.

Pour it in a glass, admire the beauty, take a smell, and then take a sip. You'll notice it tastes great. Like others suggested, take a few sips every 5 minutes and you'll notice certain flavors are stronger or more apparent.

After you finished it, you'll have a good idea as to how long after you opened it, that you enjoyed the taste the best for all future BCS's.

Oh yeah 25 mins is the perfect time! It's where the alcohol and dark chocolaty goodness come to a perfect balance. I'm so glad I seem this was a popular selection. Thanks for all the tips guys!

If it's too cold, just pop it in the microwave for about 10 seconds :wink::wink:

Seriously, 15-20 minutes out of the fridge is how I like this one. But do like others have said and try it every 5 minutes until you find your "sweet spot."

I will piggy back on the keep trying it response. I usually try all beers at fridge temp and then try them as the beer warms. You'll know when you find the optimal temp.
