So I'm moving into a new house next weekend and have a few friends from NH lending a hand. Wanted to pick up some Be Hoppy to share/thank them. These cans popping into stores? I'm in Burlington Ma right now, don't think they sell up this way anymore.
CBC The Annex (Winchester) tweeted a picture of some Be Hoppy cans they received this week on the 11th. I would start there as I didn't see other CBC's post it. Otherwise, check in with Redstone Liquors in Stoneham since they are right up 95 from you in Burlington. I'd get on this sooner rather than later since it tends to move quickly once a new batch is out. Congratulations and good luck!
BWX had some yesterday. Urban Grape in Chestnut Hill and the South End gets them too, but not sure if they still have them today.
Last time I got some back in January at CBC Belmont I paid $3.50/can for the remaining two cans in the cooler.
$14 appears to be the going rate in Boston. I believe they sold for $12 at the brewery during the test run.
Just picked up four 4 packs @ 12 bucks and 2 bombers of Hopulence at Redstone . Too bad they only got 1 case delivered
I've been looking for them all day yesterday and couldn't find anything. they sold out within 2 days of release. I wonder if Wegman's got some.
Does anyone know if they are continuing to can and release these? I bought a 4 pack last week that didn't seem as fresh as the ones I bought back in January. I would love a canned date on them as well. Still a great beer.
I just got a pack of cans over the weekend and was wondering if they date them somehow. I saw the bottom had "11" dented into it, and didnt know if that translated into anything useful. I was satisfied with the taste, on par with the bomber I had in the past.
Where is my best bet in Metrowest to find Be Hoppy? Wegman's in Northborough or Julio's in Westborough?
