Beachwood Blendery Thread

Someone just came through and counted about 130 deep not including the people who keep jumping in line.

 

Beachwood employees just came through the line and handed out free coffee and doughnuts and is thanking everyone for waiting in line. What a great brewery.

 

I like how Side Project handles line cutters.

 

They'd be an even greater brewery if they just did BPT and saved folks the hassle of waiting in line for hours.

When I say "tastes", I really mean "trades".

 

They are handing out tickets for the bottles as you get in line. You can come back anytime before 3:30 to pick up.

No fruit, so the best I can offer is some Zombie Dust and a single can of Julius.

Man, people are entitled to their opinion but just once I'd like to hear someone actually talk about how a beer tastes instead of its trade value. Every time I've been in line for a release it's usually "I wonder what I can get in trade for this" instead of "I wonder if it will taste any good."

 

nah, i'm actually not in line. just thought it would be funny to pretend i'm one of the cynical veteran beer advocates who criticize people for wanting the same beer they want

if i wasn't at work i would be in line actually.

it's hilarious to me how the people who are too cool to care about waiting in a line are monitoring this thread minute by minute to rag on people

 

Beer is still available. You can pick up the beer right away or wait on a line of about 20-30 people for the tasting room.

 

Actually I hear the 001 is gone now.
