Street 3 is absolutely fantastic out of the can. Hoptical Telescope, though...it's okay but it's not my favorite. Then again, Street 3 is a tough act to follow

Beachwood Long Beach has been revisiting some beers they haven't brewed in several years, and I'm here for it. Had the Robusta Rhymes porter on cask tonight, and it was SO good. Nice body. Good malt and bit of nuttiness with slight smoke. Followed that up with Uno and easily could have crushed several of those.

    Go get em

I'd like to. Now I just have to convince the missus on whether she wants this for the bday smash. a bit of a drive from different counties but worth the trip. no different from me going to Anaheim majority of time.

Cantillon mentioned Beachwood SEAL BEACH would, yet again, be a Zwanze location. I'm guessing this is a typo, but a man can dream right? Zwanze at Seal Beach was actually the last time I was at Seal Beachwood

Excited about this but I imagine most are not. Maybe now I can bring myself to drink my last couple bottles of the last batch. Already ordered one of each for delivery.

Dia de los Mangos 1 x 500ml bottle

Belgian-style sour ale fermented and aged in oak barrels with mango, tamarind, and chili.

    6.8% ABV

Complex nose with tamarind, mango, citrus and stone fruit with the lambic base shining through. Tart earthy mango, citrus, stone fruit and soft oak on the palate with a crisp finish and lingering heat.

Dia de la Piña 1 x 500ml bottle

Belgian-style sour ale fermented and aged in oak barrels with pineapple, tamarind, and chili
    6.8% ABV

Fresh bright sweet pineapple on the nose layered with citrus and subtle chili notes. The flavor follows the nose with tart pineapple, earthy tamarind, nice acid and finishes dry with light lingering heat.

Dia de los Mangos Picoso 1 x 500ml bottle

Belgian-style sour ale fermented and aged in oak barrels with mango, tamarind, and chili

    6.8% ABV

    — DOUBLE the amount of chili, made for those who want some heat!

Chili forward aromatics consisting of earthy citrus, chili spice, mango and subtle cacao. Flavor is earthy sweet mangos washed away by carbonation and the heat of the chilis on the sides of the tongue that is followed by pleasant fruity notes and a long chili burn on the finish.

Beachwood is doing a small canning run of Hoperbolic. Cans will be available starting Saturday. BWLB also has a bunch of new draft offerings...might have to swing by and grab a few

The Beachwood Instagram account posted that tickets go on sale for Zwanze Day this Thursday (link in their profile). Long Beach is hosting and the tap list is in the event details. Tempted to go but I’m not sure how my body would handle 60oz of Cantillon and Blendery beer.

Zwanze 2019 was my last visit at Beachwood Seal Beach, and it was totally worth it. I'm hoping my work's internet is fast enough to grab some tickets

No food included in this year's Zwanze, it seems?

Eventbrite says food available for purchase. Also additional bottles / bottle pours for purchase.

As you might expect, whatever is leftover becomes available to the general public following the event.
