Does anyone know if the Beachwood Seven Double IPA will be available in stores? or just at the Beachwood restaurants?

Just the restaurants. I had it tonight and it was so good! They were sold out by 7, but I they were talking about getting more. They just bottled it yesterday...

    You
Your guess is as good as mine. I would check their FB page/website. They seem to update pretty regularly. The crowds were not too crazy, so I would guess that it is still on tap tomorrow. It's well worth a trip out. I loved that beer!

I would be interested to find out where they said it would only be Seal/Long Beach only. Last year for the 6th anniversary, it showed up in the typical places that carry Beachwood brews.

I would imagine that some accounts will get it. It's really too soon to tell since it was only bottled yesterday. Heard that it was something along the lines of 100 cases.

I've already heard Mr. Kegs sold out of it already

It may very well be the greatest beer Julian has done. Sorry for the hyperbole but it is utterly fantastic!

The early reviews on UNTAPPD look damn good ... I'm sure there was hype/anticipation involved in those ratings but nevertheless - an amazing start!

It is the best beer Julian has made, AND that's saying a lot. The beer is simply insane.

    Cheers,

Only on tap at BWLB AND BWSB due to the small production and no growler fills, bottles are at WF and select BW accounts.

Actually WF and a few select BW accounts are each getting a few cases.

Really enjoyed BW 7 on tap last night. They also have a new batch of Street 3 Block 2 on tap, which is killer!

picked up a bottle at both Vendome in Beverly Hills and at Ramirez.

So just check out the local spot that usually carries bottles of Beachwood's stuff and you should be fine.

This was quite boozy out of the bottle. I take it this beer was much more impressive on tap? I'm gonna be that guy and say they've made better.

I got two bottles late this afternoon from the Whole Foods near Beachwood, as Beachwood was sold out. Came home and popped one open, was very impressed and a bit surprised. Ended out drinking them both and still wanted more. Enjoyed it as much as the other great IPAs.

    I agree. It's good, but it's definitely not Julian's best (D)IPA
