Bear Republic in WI???

    Hi All,
    What's up with the disappearance of BR brews is WI? I'm craving me some Racer 5!
    Anyone out there know what's going on with this? Any sightings in WI??

    It probably has something to do with the drought out there. They may have had to cut back a little bit due to water shortages or something.

    I spoke with the plant manager at BR in March asking the same question - he told me that unfortunately BR products are on hiatus in several markets (including WI) until their new brewery is built. They are focusing all their production mainly on their West Coast markets. I will be out visiting the BR brewpub in Healdsburg, CA next week and will get the latest and post it here.

    ^truth. BR has pulled out of 90% of their distribution markets currently. We will see them back eventually, but it's gonna be a while.
