    Everything they make is solid but if you ever have the chance try their berliner weiss Tartare, its an amazing sour.

    Im very impressed with what Ive had from Bear Republic. I think I enjoyed the hop rod rye even a little more than the racer 5. And the red rocket is certainly worth picking up if you come across it.

    Didn't see it mentioned but earlier this year Black Racer was a damn good black IPA...

    Did anyone mention Hop Rod Rye? (JK) Seriously though, I'm not an IPA lover, but that stuff was pretty good. Just had my first Racer X; didn't love it.

    Ppl keep mentioning the Big Bear Black Stout, which was one of the first imperial (non-Russian) stouts I ever had. Fantastic bargain about about $5-$6 for a bomber.

    I've only had two; but Hop Rod Rye and Red Rocket Ale were both excellent.
