Had around 20 Homestyle cans in Louisville this past weekend during the hot rod nationals and enjoyed it very much. Amazing you can get that beer in so many spots in Louisville. A great shelf beer if there ever was one. It's definitely right on the ass of every other hazy canned beer in the country and as I said incredibly easy to get.

DDH Double Scatterbrain on Friday. I'm liking this DDH trend.

 

How long do cans stick around for after a release....sorry for the noon question.

 

At the brewery they usually last a week and a half or so for more popular ones. They'll hit distro the Thursday/Friday after the release as well.

 

DDH Chief of Chiefs sold out right at opening yesterday. Not sure how much, if any, hit distro.

I think every release has at least made it to the following Wednesday before selling out.

 

It hit distro at every normal shop that gets it in Nashville/ Franklin. Not sure about Chattanooga or Knoxville.

 

I'm heading to Knoxville this weekend. Any chance I can pick up some BI there?

Might as well go to the brewery if you can. They'll have last weeks plus Friday's.

If you can't then Craft Brewed, Frugal MacDoogal, Mr. Whiskers, Midtown Cork Dorks. I'm sure there are others but those are the only ones I go to.

Definitely hit up the brewery, DDH Red Handed and Double Vision (DIPA version of Tunnel Vision) just dropped today which you are not going to find in stores yet. They also had Homestyle, Jigsaw, and Scatterbrain there earlier.

 

Did make it out to the brewery and got some DDH Red Handed and Homestyle. Had the Bottle Rocket, Attention Please and Noisemaker on tap, all were very good. Really liked the Noisemaker. Can't wait to try the others.

 

Massachusetts native visiting family in Nashville this weekend. I spend a fair amount of my time at Treehouse and a lot of time at Trillium. These two breweries are consistently brewing exceptional beers. Had two beers so far from Bearded Iris: Attention Please and Homestyle. Both are wonderful NE style IPAs . I would definitely repeat those purchases.like the offerings of on tap, in a can or Crowller. Have a few more beers from BI to try. Great little brewery in a dubious neighborhood.
