Beatification Release

Having now had it as well, I found kmudrick's assessment sadly accurate. Very much a different beer from previous batches, plus carbonation issues. Has anyone else actually opened one?

 

I opened one and thought it was fantastic. I felt it was better than b5 for sure. Ill gladly trade for yours if you don't want it

 

im sad it sold out so fast and they didn't scale back the limit, so more people had a chance to grab some. i was planning for a week after the release which seemed pretty reasonable to me seeing as how it was there weeks after the last one. id say maybe next time, but its not lookin so good since i work 2 jobs (and very hard for you darn beer nerds) and cant just fly up to santa rosa on a whim like apparently everyone else on this website!

Shared a bottle on Monday, and carbonation was just right. Not totally sure, but I think I liked it better than the one I had on tap on Thursday.

 

cracked a bottle the other night, I personally thought it was great and extremely sour!

 

Beer nerds who live in their parents basement working part time so as not to interfere with beer releases have that luxury. C'est la vie....

 

I heard there were folks that kept getting back into line to yield multiple cases per person.

 

not like that really mattered since it was still around for two more days.

 

They stamped your hand with real strong ink. Im sure you could have washed it off, but I still had marks three days later

 

b5 was the best of all of them. Thought this batch was lacking. To say any beer is for sure better than b5 is insane

 

Just my opinion as I drank seven over the last year.

 

Who has 2 bottles to trade?

Had a bottle tonight and it's horrible. Everyone should send me there remaining bottles as a precautionary measure.

 

Relax craw I know it's not the ISO thread it does say beat release in title they could relase there bottles to me :-)
