Anyone drink any older batches of Beatification recently? I'm curious about b3 and b4, more specifically.

Beat's one of my favorite beers, so I'm trying to figure out if b3 and b4 are worth going after these days, or if I should stick with b5 and b6 in advance of the impending b7 release.

Had a couple 6's recently. One bottle was very bad -- airplane glue and nail polish remover. The others were super tart, lemony and delicious.

I've never even seen a bottle of batch 4, but I have a bottle or more of every other batch, I would say 3 and 2 are my least favorite. Ph1 last I had was awesome. Beat is even admittedly by RR such and up and down beer for them personally. I think it'll get better with this last batch though, everyone seems to love it. I plan to get 12 bottles next week on the release.

Nice. Batch 5 was the first I had ever tried and it was fantastic. I liked Batch 6 just as much, too. But recently had PH1 and it had changed so much, with more complexity in the aroma and palate, and still having a nice acidity to it. It was different than fresher Beat, but in a better way. So I was curious to hear what b3 and b4 were like; I have heard enough bad things about b2 to not consider going after a bottle of that.
