Picked up some Bedlam today, had one and holy shit they have that recipe dialed in! Very happy this beer is going to be year round. It still remains my favorite Citra Hopped beer just slightly above PsuedoSue. Every person here in Wisconsin that is chasing after Sue and ZD, if you have not had Bedlam or simply pass it up you are doing yourself a disservice.... The tropical fruit flavor without the cattiness that you can get with most Citra hopped beers is simply amazing both from a brewers stand point and a drinkers!

Just really happy this beer is back. I love me some Sue, ZD not so much but it is good, just not worth the effort.

    Cheers to Ale Asylum!

Yes, the yeast and the Citra hops really go well together in this beer. I think it is good fresh and good after it has sat for a few months. I also like that you can pick it up and any grocery store.

Ya, the yeast really helps to preserve the taste of this one, Hoppy beers with American yeast seem to fall off a lot faster because the yeast adds no real flavor so you notice the fall off more quickly.

No I actually got it yesterday, was surprised when I walked into my local store and saw it sitting there on the shelves, bottled 1/21. Also impressed that Ale Asylum uses a 3 month best by date for the hoppy stuff... More breweries should use a more realistic "beer nerd" time frame for best by!

According to there website you only got 2 days to wait, you will not be disappointed. All there offerings are solid, Bedlam is world class however.

Hmm only had this once at the brew pub on tap and didn't get any citrus. Will have to revisit this and try a 6 pack

Tastes like Sucks. . . I likey. $10.99/same price as well.

Now it's year 'round? Fantastic! Will be a go to for sure; Anti-Hero if I want more of a hop bite.

I enjoyed it when I had it a few months ago. I won't buy it that often, but it's going to be a fantastic spring beer. I really enjoyed having it for breakfast when I was on vacation.

We didn't have any OJ, so I just cracked a bedlam.

Really liked this one! Usually a little put off by Belgian IPAs, since they are usually muddled hop character being beaten out by strong belgian yeast influence. I think they would really well in this beer and neither over powers the other.

Very excited to have this as a year round beer in Chicago!

Had one about a year ago and loved it. Usually I dislike Belgian-IPA's, but this one is outstanding. Grabbed a 6-pack earlier in the week and will be popping one tonight.
