As a red head, I find the concept of the beer more offensive than the ad.

 

Watched video, did not seem offensive at all, then again I am not part of the safety pin society, cheers.

 

I just don't have enough time in the day (Says the guy posting on a beer forum, I know, I know) to get upset or offended by something so trivial. When we are ready to get riled up enough to find a way to stop our kids from getting shot dead in their classrooms then hit me up.

Yeah that went way over my head as far as finding it offensive.

 

One side of my family has red hair and mine was mildly red as a kid. I thought this was funny. So did all the red heads in the commercial.

 

The shame in the comparison of these two issues is that folks will jump all over a beer ad and not things like this.

 

Didn't necessarily find it offensive (I'm not a redhead), but it certainly wasn't funny.

 

I was really partial to the Coors brewed Castlemaine XXXX.

 

Well, "offensive" seems a few steps too far, but, again, if a company is trying to extract dollars from every pocket (which every consumables company should be trying to do), it doesn't make sense to potentially alienate possible income streams.

 

I searched like heck to find some information on the said beer and almost gave up. Was it a figment of my imagination??
