Beer and Nutrients?

    Well, every doctor had whiskey for any 8 year old kid who got pneumonia 150 years ago, that doesn't mean that whiskey is a good source of nutrition.

    The other doctor recommends Tyranena Scurvy, and I take that guys advice from time to time.:wink:

    USDA. Of what dose of ethanol are you speaking? It sounds like you're oversimplifying the process, considering that many nutritious foods contain ethanol. I'm not saying that you should drink beer for its nutritional content; I'm just pointing out that drinking a serving of beer would provide you with some nutrients.
