Beer and Rice

    Do you think is there any combination of drinking beer and eating rice make sense ?

    I think the Hitachino Japanese Classic Ale would go great with sushi. It's aged in Cedar and which pairs well with rice and fish.

    COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
    Hitachino Japanese Classic Ale is brewed following the original India Pale Ale brought to Japan in the 19th century . It is slowly matured in Cedar casks which are commonly used in the brewing of traditional Japanese sake.
