Hello all, heading to a Yankee's game tonight and wondering if there are any good beer bars or breweries near by? Did a few searches on here and couldn't find much, only that inside the stadium seems to be lacking for options. Thanks in advance!
Bronx Draft House must be new, but it looks like your best bet. If their beermenus page is legit I'd def go there. Stan's & Dugout are old timer favorites, but their selection isn't anything special. I used to go to Yankee Tavern just because it was a touch less crowded, a touch less pricey, and had a few Brooklyn Brewery tap handles. But those are not good beer bars. The closest Brewery would be Bronx Brewery, but it's not at all close. Gun Hill is better, though it'd be quite a trip from the Stadium.
Thanks for the heads up, only a block from the stadium, knowledgeable staff, nice space and good beers. Enjoyed a very good IPA from Sloop, a solid IPA from Grimm and a Key Lime Pie Gose from Westbrook.
That sounds pretty damn solid! I might have to catch a game, now that they sold off / benched half of the team
