Beer at/around Wembley

    I am going to the NFL game there and I was wondering if there were any good places to have a pint near Wembley before a game? Also is good beer served at the stadium?

    Also if anyone from here wants to meet up before the game or trade for some american beers that week shoot me a BM. I'm hoping to make it to the Kernel on the 27th.

    The Wembley area is a shit hole, don't bother drinking anywhere nearby!!!

    Best option (and this is exactly what I did during my 2 recent visits to Wembley for the Olympics) is to drink at the Craft Beer Co Clerkenwell and get the Metropolitan Line direct to Wembley.

    Farringdon Station is a 5 minute walk from the CBC and from there 8 trains per hour run direct to Wembley Park journey time approx 23/24 minutes.

    They sell macro stuff in the ground, nothing remotely good tho' !

    What Ruds says. Have great beer before & after the game, don't even think of drinking anywhere nearby

    Yeah... Not a lot out there beerwise... The Hindu temple IS pretty cool though!

    Thanks guys. It kind of seemed that it was a dump around there and that it wouldn't have good beer but I thought I'd ask anyway.
