Beer Bombed!!!!!

    That's great! It's a little tricky for a bomb though. It's well disguised and at one point I'm sure it was actually enjoyable. Best thing is someone may be excited to crack it open and try it, which would be awesome! If you don't want to plant your own bomb, send it to me!

    I think it would be great to start doing stuff like this to take some of the "super serious business" of beer trading down a few notches. Make it more about having fun and having a good laugh. If I got a 1975 can of budwieser in a trade I would crack up.....then send it to someone else. Hahaha

    Well the Harley Beer was nonchalantly placed in my cooler over the weekend. So I put it in another cooler, lol. If it gets back to me again, I'm sending it in my next trade box, haha. I have another bomb ready to go. I'll post a pick when I plant it.

    You could tape a tag to it with your name, and then the person you send it adds their name, and who they send to..... It would be fun to see how many folks would get the same bottle.

    This was my thought when i read the original post awhile back. Where's George dot com came to mind. I still have a dollar from 12-15 years ago that was stamped that I never sent away. Received a new one sometime this past year.

    You could pass it around and have people take pictures of them in weird places, like great breweries or beer bars. Maybe just leave them at breweries placed somewhere and see if anyone notices. I've been to many breweries where they line up cans or bottles from other great breweries somewhere in their tap room. If you could sneak it up there it would be interesting to see a lineup of say Pliny, Heady Topper, Westvleteren 12 and then a bud light bowling pin bottle. Points if you can get it up there without the brewery noticing :wink:
