Looking to meet people to do beer tastings with on Oahu, I do big beers that are super rare... tired of drinking them with people that don't appriciate them.
Dude, you been to Real I assume? I'm out there typically every Friday night. Best place on the island for the big stuff, except at my house after getting back from the mainland.
of course, i go to the tastings that have started. you do bottle shares? i have some sweet stuff here.

Pretty much anything on the East Coast that isn't super-rare or need to wait in lines for (only as I'm leaving in three days). I'm good with any kind of deal (no profit expected) - just wanted to share.
Walter I just left Kauai Tuesday and NADA.. Kauai Brew Co is decent.. But nothing in bottles..I just brought 6 Heady and some Founder Blushing monk
When I was there a few months back, I saw Maui cans in almost every grocery store - the Coconut Porter was a good standby to have. For some odd reason, Coronado Brewing Company (in San Diego) was all over the place, too.
Not exactly sure yet, going in early march with the fam. Staying on the south side, most likely Poipu area. Still trying to lock down a rental house. Good to hear about maui BC, I can survive, if need be, off coconut porter and their other beers. Sure I'll stuff my checked bag with bottles to bring with me too.
Anything shelton bros. Can be found on Oahu, my assumption is that it will be similar, but in much less quantities, and you might have to know someone to show you where to get it.
