I was thinking to myself the other day, what's a descent size beer cellar? I guess it would be different for everyone.Mine is only about 30-35 beers at the moment.Im wondering what's everyone else's looking like in size...

Mine is limited by physical space limitation and not by my desire for more. I keep mine right around 100 or so. Some of which are waiting for me to consume and others waiting to be traded.

For decency's sake, please don't post any pics of your "haul".

About 200, whereof mostly mostly IRS, Barley Wines Belgians and Lambics/sours that can take some age.

Usually keep anywhere from 10-20 bombers and probably 100 or so bottles/cans at any given time. Like some other posters, it's mostly RIS and BA stuff that I'm putting a little age on. If it were up to me and not my wife, I'd fill the whole fucking basement

I'm at 125 and have been pretty consistently around that mark all winter. I'm trying to get down to about 75 before summer and will try to hold it steady at that.

I hit over 550 at one point, but traded, drank, had too many dissapear along the way. I probably sit in the near 200 range now and think I may just get back to 0 soon and maybe start over. It seemed more exciting building it than it does maintaining it. Fuck it... Trade 'em, drink 'em and give 'em away.

I've got about 30 - 35 cases down there, although some of them are homebrew.

My fella is working with about 400. I was so impressed I stated my own collection. I now have 2. They are both awesome beers. I am impressed with myself for keeping them this long. :stuck_out_tongue:

I try to keep a maximum of 20-30 bottles at a time, if only because I can't drink a >15% alcohol brew every night after work. Weekends are for drinking and most of what I trade for gets consumed within the week it arrives.
