Throwing some porter house steaks on the grill this evening, wanting to know what kind of beer i should pair with this any help is appreciated
Lots of options, porter (no pun intended), stouts, belgian dark etc through the spectrum, all depends on what you are in the mood for. How are you preparing your steak, having anything on the side (or on it) with it? etc... all kind of fun things to do and try.
Having baked potatoes, and steamed fiddle heads.......I was thinking about breaking open my GI Lolita, or possibly Black Butte 23
Well I haven't had Butte, and the last Lolita I had was past it's prime, this would be a no brainer for me I'd go with the Butte easily. a 2011 Lolita I think could be fun too, but I go with da Butte.
