Beer & Cigar Pairings

    I believe that you've previously said that you're not totally into smokey flavors found in some stouts/porters, but that might meld nicely with the cigar. Not that these are (all) smokey beers but heres a few top of the head suggestions:

    Parabola - Firestone Walker Brewing Co
    Founders Imperial Stout
    Samuel Smith's Imperial Stout
    Ten FIDY - Oskar Blues
    Cappuccino Stout - Lagunitas

    I like a nice strong Belgian beer like Trappistes Rochefort 10 with my cigar. Something that packs a lot of flavor so it does not get overwhelmed by the smoke.
