Looking to see some images of what some of your breweries / taprooms / etc give out for the members of their clubs. A place by me was at a local festival with a coin that they gave members to bring into the establishment to receive their discount, promotion, etc.

I'm a member of two and neither give me anything outside of a growler:

Bruery Preservation Society - Quarterly packages of 3 beers
Kilowatt - 3 bombers every other month + one free taster or pint on pickup day + 15% off your bill that day + one growler that Ive never used

I like the coin/trinket idea. Gives your membership more of an exclusive feel and its always nice to have some sort of physical embodiment of that.

I am the owner of a Challenge Coin Company as well. Part of the reason I was asking. Looking to hook up with breweries.

What does the Modern Times Challange Coin do for you, is it like the military Challange Coin concept?

From what I understand it's a similar concept. If a League (MT membership program) member presents their coin to another member who doesn't have their coin on hand, they must buy the member who presented the coin a beer. If they do have their coin, then the member who presented the coin must buy a beer. Makes for good conversation and a bit of fun among League members.

This is the main history of the Challenge Coin in the military circles.

I get a new logo glass each year, and each glass has been a different style in the 4 years that they have been doing it. And what's nice is that all of them have been styles that are common in Germany and none of them have been a shaker pint. (The brewery, Territorial BC, brews mostly German beer styles.)
