On FB they mentioned, Day Block, Enki, Burning Bros, Hayes Public House, Bent Brewstillery, Junkyard and a few others. Too cold for me but I do look forward to reading everyone's reviews here. So please post up.

I'm with you, I'd love to see a program but my past experiences have me thinking the organizers are more interested in the numbers and the flash and sizzle of the event. Looks at the promotion of the bands, silent disco, food trucks, and the world's largest snowball fight for this year.

I remember my first couple years in Rice Park having to walk through 6+ inches of snow to get to some tables. I think the organizers have learned their lessons from years past (the waiting line to get in being a big one) but I think this what separates the Dabbler from Winterfest. Winterfest seems to put the focus on the beers first, Dabbler is more about the event.

I'm still planning on going, having a great time, and even have several friends from out of state coming in just for this event. My hat's off the organizers for coming a long way with this event in the past few years as well as their store and magazine efforts. Just hope that they can get to the point where a full beer list is available at some point too.

3 years ago, I believe they had a list of brews. Haven't seen one since. Too bad, it's nice to have the beer list. Lots of good Breweries though! Should be a blast!

On the Facebook event page, they said there will be nearly 10,000 people in attendance. That's crazy... Here's hoping the cold keeps about half of the ticket buyers at home...

I have a spare ticket if anyone is interested (FREE). You would need to pick it up (Uptown/LynLake) obviously before noon tomorrow. DM me or give me a ring at (612) 636-0372. Only thing I ask is that it gets used and not scalped :-)

    Cheers,

    Paul

Can't wait. Finally figured out how to get there on public transit so I'm not worried about anyone driving home. Hope it's warmer then they say it'll be.

Holyfugginshitthatwascold! Thank You Olvalde for the mulled beer... Easily the best stuff I had all day. Hammerheart impressed as usual. So much was nearly frozen it was tough to taste! Fun time though... The silent disco was a blast and kept me moving/warm

Agreed! Ovalde brought it. Freezing cold beer fest and Ovalde was seemingly the one brewery who knew how to roll with it.
