Forgot to post this one before. But I really enjoyed Norworegon from Paul Arney (Ale Apothecary) about Kviek yeast.

Haven't watched it yet, but Beers of Joy looks pretty good and has a good rating.

I tried watching it but didn’t really get me to be honest. It was mostly about the master cicerone exams than the beer community or beer world itself. Maybe I give it another try in the future.

I remember when that show came out it was actually really fun and entertaining to watch, they did a good job together as hosts. I only saw the first season not sure if there were more...

When I saw the beer hunter stuff was on youtube I watched them all, I think it was last summer now? Not sure but they were all entertaining and really interesting @TheDoctor

One of my favorite episodes was when they were in Northern California (Davis) and they came up with cockamamie ideas for their next brew and were discussing this brew at UC Davis with Dr. Charlie Bamforth and he responded with something like "what idiot came up with that idea" and the camera panned around and none of the guys (James. Martin, ...) would open their mouths to reply. That was a funny scene!

    Cheers!

Inspired, I just watched first episode of The Beer Hunter on youtube. Certainly noticable the change from late 80s to today. Then Anchor was taking journey to harvest barley. Today obviously the first thing most people would think to see harvested would be hops.

Made me want some Anchor. And cool to see Mendocino, which I used to visit their Saratoga, NY brewery before it closed

I've watched the Beerland series as well and it was pretty terrible. I sometimes believe i know more about beer than her and a know very little. For sure gonna pick up some series and docu's mentioned here.

Thanks for that recommendation. I started watching last night -- really takes me back. My first trip to NG was sometime right after they opened and it's fun to see their history in timeline.

Is that the movie where the friends go on a road trip and visit breweries? If so, it's a great show.

Can across this short documentary about spontaneous beer making with Raf (Bokke), Jean (Cantillon), Tom (Antidoot) and some other European brewers in it.

Haven’t seen it myself yet but will do so soon.
