I've had a blonde ale on tap for 2.5 weeks now and after about a little over a week, carbonation was perfect. I set it to 11 psi to carbonate and is still at that pressure. At first, the beer was carbonated very well and had many bubbles in the glass. However, after about 10 pints that have come out the tap, the beer seems less carbonated. Not near the same amount of bubbles being released from the bottom of the glass. The beer does not taste flat and I have not found any leaks. I am about 99.99% sure i dont have a leak. Beer is dispensing at 44 F. I am also using a perlick flow control tap. Any ideas?

Perhaps your pressure is a bit low? With a full keg, brewery carbonated, and little headspace, it may have been close enough. But now that you have increased the headspace, that 11 might not be enough to maintain the same carbonation level?

It's a pretty safe bet your pressure is too low. Picking a middle of the road value for v/v of 2.6, at 44 degrees that beer is looking for around 16 psi of applied pressure.
    Is this a commercial keg?

It just sucks because I have an experimental imperial stout sharing the same co2 tank. I'm almost done with that beer but after that, I was going to fill it back up with a chocolate oatmeal stout.

You have two different styles going, you need to be able to adjust your pressures independently.
