    now we are getting somewhere.

    Beer Line Fight Club.

You can cut as long as you fight everyone that you cut in front of before you get your beer.

This harkens back to something I posted last year regarding the lines for the pre Great Taste New Galrus special release:

I think they should air drop it in the middle of the parking lot and let the people rip each other apart trying to get a bottle...I'll wait in the bushes until the carnage ends, load up my trunk and fire up my new Beer Search thread: FT: NG VSP - bottles may have some blood/tissue but taste not affected

Make the special releases a Hunger Games type event

It would be amusing watching beer nerds fighting, and at the same time trying to avoid eye contact.

Despite people's supposed street fighting prowess (or 300lb beer bellies) I think when push comes to shove in real life, the typical beer nerd isn't particularly battle ready (assuming we're not talking about WoW)

Let's make this interesting and give it a medieval spin, Holmgang-style (bar the killing). Everyone gets 3 weapon sets of choice and they fight until the weapons are broken or the other one gives up (obviously old school melee weapons only).

I never said as long as it is behind me. Everything I typed is fine if I am the last person in the line as well as if every other single person is behind me.

I have no problem if someone has to piss goes to piss, while their friend that doesn't have to gets in line, and then as long as they are still towards the tail end of the line when the friend that pisses jumps in at that point. I can be behind that point and it doesn't bother me.

But if it is a swiftly moving line and the friend that didn't piss moves up rapidly and is now at the front. Friend that pisses goes to the end.

I think there are several excuses for it, and if I am behind them I don't care.

Also, my opinions are for pre-existing groups, that were obviously together for a while. If someone sees their buddy ahead in line, they can go say hi, but then they go to the back.

EDIT: I forgot in my example in my original post of my wife leaving for the bathroom and then coming back into the line a pretty important fact. She wasn't in line to get the beer that everyone was waiting for. She just line cut to where I was for company. That changes the story quite a bit I guess.

EDIT 2: I see where you think I mean "ass long as they are behind me." When typing further back, that does not mean in relation to me in specific, but the line in general. Say if it was line spot 467 of 470 type of situation.

I don't know. I've never seen a line for tickets. They don't charge for tickets so it's a fast process. The ticket person just marks your hand and gives you your tickets. I imagine a line for tickets would move pretty fast. All payments are done when you receive the beer.

Just wanted to point out that OP is a user since 2007 and never came back to this cesspool of a thread.

Don't get any grey hairs over the obvious troll thread folks, and happy friday!

It would bother me more if i were in line for a rare beer event, at a brewpub not so much but its still not cool to do

What the flying fuck is going on here? :astonished:

If you cut in line, you deserve to be cut. You clearly have no respect for anyone else, and your laissez faire bullshit "It's not that big of a deal, man," attitude suggests you don't have a backbone or an ounce of empathy in your tiny brain.

I give exceptions for people who don't live in countries where queuing or lines are a thing, or have an emergency, or do so on accident. It's happened to me.

But *shrug* whatever bro? You suck, and if I owned a brewery, I'd never want your business or the business of anyone you associate with.
