So I just bottled my ipa (really excited that it turned out alright) so I was discussing with my girlfriend about some brews I wanna do and she was joking around that I ferment with lollipops. Do you think that would be possible? I figure worse things have gone in beer. I'd like your input!

I've heard of Jolly Ranchers and Atomic Fire Balls in meads, and probably in beer.

If there is sugar in your lollipops, then yeast will ferment it as the lollipop dissolves. I suspect you would end up overcarbed because one lollipop would be too much sugar for a bottle of beer.

There's little if anything special to be gained by adding sugar in the form of lollipops.

If GF likes a particular lollipop flavor...you can probably replicate it.
