Beer Floats?

    "Floats" ? Like in parade? Yeah, lots of breweries had 'em - my ol' man's hometown, Rochester, NY was blessed with two of the greatest:

    Being a lover of beer and ice cream I can remember having to try a beer float for dessert at a Yardhouse in South Florida within the last 10 years or so. Believe it was made with Young's Double Chocolate Stout. At the time Youngs and Vanilla ice cream seemed like the perfect match but with the first bite it was clearly "Worlds Colliding". So i am a big no in keeping my two favorite carb sources separated!

    I'd think a stout if you're stuck on the vanilla ice cream thing.

    Or if you're stuck on Busch's maybe more of a nutty praline caramel ice cream.
